SPECTRALLY X1
You can't manage what you can't measure

KEY FEATURES OF SPECTRALLY X1

Carousel:

The carousel allows the placement of up to 10 samples in glass vials. This feature facilitates organization and access to various samples, enabling more efficient chemical substance diagnostics. Different analyses can be conducted on different samples.

Sample containers:

Glass vials for industrial chemicals, solvents, and corrosive substances. Plastic cuvettes for oils and polymers.

Screen:

10.8 inch touch screen with the application interface, providing quick access to all device functions. It serves as the central control point, allowing monitoring and management of diagnostic processes.

Connector Layout:

The connectors include the on/off button and sockets, providing easy access to power and connection to additional devices. This feature ensures convenience of operation and integration with other laboratory tools.

Device Safety:

The safety flap protects against accidental access to samples or manipulation during diagnostics. This also ensures safe measurement during laser operation. It is a crucial safety feature, safeguarding users and samples from potential hazards.

Side Handles:

The side handles facilitate the transport and handling of the device within the laboratory or between different workstations. They provide ease of operation and mobility, which is essential in a professional laboratory or an industrial environment.

SPECTRALLY X1 PROBE

Isolated optical path:

Made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a personalized length in the range of 0.5-1 meter. It allows for safe immersion of the probe in a chemical tank and transmission of an optical signal between the main part of the probe and the tested substance, in both directions.

The lens at the end of the probe made of N-BK7 glass focuses the radiation reaching the sample and that coming from the sample in the form of an optical signal. Covered with appropriate layers of anti-reflective coatings. Focal length adjusted according to the customer’s needs in the range of 5-50 mm. The whole is sealed with gaskets selected to suit the

Handle:

Protects the optical system inside and the ergonomic shape ensures a firm and comfortable grip when holding the probe. A protective pipe with a maximum length even up to 5-10 meters secures the optical fibers against external pressure up to a maximum of 120 kg. A stable connection of the protective pipe prevents casual disconnection.

Food connector:

Can be installed and used with an immersion probe as a product extension. Ensures proper safety and hygiene during production. Possibility to adapt the connector standard to the standard used by the customer (DIN 11851, SMS 1145 and TRICLAMP).
